In-Store Appointment with a KOMEHYO Expert
1. Book an appointment with one of our experts.
Make an Appointment2. On your appointment date, please bring your items and your ID.
3. If you agree to sell your items, we will issue a Buying Statement to confirm the purchase.
4. Instant payment is available by bank transfer only.
(The recipient of the transfer must be the same person who signs the Buying Statement.)
Pick-Up Service (Free of Charge)
1. Send pictures of your items to us via SMS, and a KOMEHYO expert will provide an initial estimate.
2. If you agree to our estimate, send us your items using our free UPS pick-up service at no cost to you.
3. After your items have been inspected, you will receive a final quote. If you agree to it, we will send a Buying Statement by email to confirm the purchase.
4. Instant payment is available by bank transfer only.
(The recipient of the transfer must be the same person who signs the Buying Statement.)
