Yes. We operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. To ensure we are ready for your visit, please book an appointment in advance here.
Bring a valid ID along with the items you wish to have appraised.
The duration of an appraisal depends on the type and number of items, as well as our current volume. Here are the general estimates:
- In-person: 30 to 60 minutes.
- Drop-off: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after arrival
*Appointments are required for in-person and drop-off services.
After you accept our offer, we transfer payment directly to you via secure bank transfer, on the same day.
There is no obligation to sell. If you decline our offer, we will return your item free of charge.
All shipments are fully insured. Our comprehensive coverage is designed to protect high-value luxury items throughout the transit process. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, our insurance will cover the value of your items, ensuring you are fully protected.
