- Your building access QR code will arrive in a separate email from '110 Greene Street' by the day before your appointment.
- Note that a unique QR code is required for every person entering the building. If others will be joining you, please provide their 1. Name 2. E-mail address in advance.
- Services are available only to customers living in the United States and aged 21 or older.
- A valid government-issued ID is required to complete the transaction.
- Payment is made by bank transfer only within the United States.

Bring a valid ID along with the items you wish to have appraised.
The duration of an appraisal depends on the type and number of items, as well as our current volume. Here are the general estimates:
- In-person: 30 to 60 minutes.
- Drop-off: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after arrival
*Appointments are required for in-person and drop-off services.
After you accept our offer, we transfer payment directly to you via secure bank transfer, on the same day.

We don't charge any fees for the entire process, whether you visit our office or ship items to us!
