1. Processing Time
1.1. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be processed and shipped within seven (7) to nine (9) business days from the date of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is typically completed within three (3) to seven (7) business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays, including but not limited to those caused by the United States Postal Service (UPS).
1.2. A tracking number will be provided to the customer via email upon shipment of the order.
1.3. KOMEHYO business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastan Time (ET), excluding holidays. Orders placed outside of regular business hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed within the next three (3) to five (5) business days.
1.4. While KOMEHYO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special shipping requests, it remains the sole responsibility of the customer to review and understand the Company’s shipping procedures prior to placing an order.
1.5. For orders requesting expedited shipping, orders submitted prior to 11:00 AM (PT) on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (PT) will be shipped on the following business day.
1.6. All orders are subject to review, verification, and approval by KOMEHYO. Any discrepancies between billing and shipping information may result in processing delays. Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete contact information for both billing and shipping purposes to avoid delays.
1.7. KOMEHYO reserves the right to adjust processing and shipping timelines as necessary. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier-related issues, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

2. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of USD $15.00 shall apply to less than USD$999 purchase , Free charge apply to more than USD$1,000 purchase, regardless of destination or order size, unless otherwise specified or waived by KUS in writing.

3. Saturdays & Weekends
3.1. Standard UPS shipping rates do not include Saturday delivery. Customers who wish to request Saturday delivery must contact KUS in advance. If available, an additional UPS Saturday delivery surcharge will be applied to the total shipping cost.
3.2. With respect to weekend delivery timelines for expedited shipping:
(i) A Two-Day (2-Day) shipping order placed and shipped on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
(ii) An Overnight shipping order placed and shipped on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, which is the next available business day.
3.3. While KOMEHYO will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timelines, the Company does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier logistics, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control. KOMEHYO shall not be liable for, nor provide refunds of, shipping fees due to such delays.

4. Order Changes
4.1. For domestic orders within the United States only, customers may request to change or update the shipping address after the order has been completed and confirmed.
4.2. By requesting such a change, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
(i) You assume full responsibility and liability for any loss, misdelivery, or non-delivery of the item(s) (collectively, “Loss”) resulting from the change;
(ii) KOMEHYO expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such change and/or any Loss;
(iii) You hereby waive any and all claims against, and agree to hold harmless, KOMEHYO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and service providers from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to such change.

5. Signature Required
5.1. Due to the high value of the merchandise, all shipments are, by default, sent with a signature required upon delivery.
5.2. If you will not be available to sign for your package and the total value of your order is under five hundred U.S. dollars (USD $500.00), you may elect to waive the signature requirement during the checkout process.
5.3. By waiving the signature requirement, you expressly assume full financial responsibility for the item(s) once the shipment has left the KOMEHYO facility. KOMEHYO shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or misdelivery that may occur after the item has been released to the carrier without a signature.

6. Package Tracking
6.1. Upon shipment of your order, KOMEHYO will send an email notification to the email address provided at checkout. This notification will include the applicable tracking number and carrier information.
6.2. Customers may also access their order status and obtain tracking details by logging into their KOMEHYO account or accessing the designated order tracking portal, if available.

7. Shipping to Non-Billing Address
7.1. In an effort to prevent fraudulent transactions, KOMEHYO strongly recommends that all orders be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method used.
7.2. KOMEHYO understands that customers may wish to ship to an alternative address (e.g., a business location, neighbor, second residence, gift recipient, etc.). Such requests are generally accepted; however, the customer must provide complete and accurate contact information for both the purchaser and the recipient.
7.3. For security purposes, KOMEHYO may conduct phone verification prior to approving orders shipped to non-billing addresses. This verification process may result in a delay in the processing and/or shipment of the order.

8. Shipping to a Business
8.1. KOMEHYO will ship to a verified business or place of employment upon request.
8.2. When requesting shipment to a business address, the customer must provide the full company name and a valid contact phone number. KOMEHYO reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the business address prior to shipment.

9. Combining Orders
9.1. Domestic Ground and Express Shipping: Orders placed separately will be processed and shipped independently and cannot be combined. However, if multiple items are included within a single order, KOMEHYO will make reasonable efforts to ship the items together in one package, when logistically feasible.
9.2. International Orders: Due to customs and international shipping regulations, each order must be shipped individually, accompanied by its own commercial invoice. As a result, international orders cannot be combined under any circumstances.

10. Orders With Multiple Items
10.1.In cases where a single order contains multiple items that are stored at different KOMEHYO shipping facilities, items may be shipped separately.
10.2.Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges for split shipments resulting from internal logistical considerations.

11. Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived by 10:00 p.m. local time on the scheduled delivery date, you must contact KOMEHYO promptly. Upon receipt of your inquiry, our team will investigate the matter and provide you with appropriate next steps.

12. Shipping period and delivery charges
12.1.1International orders are typically delivered within seven (7) to twelve (12) business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be extended due to factors beyond KOMEHYO’s control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, carrier issues, or local holidays.
12.1.2A flat international shipping fee of seventy-five U.S. dollars (USD $75.00) shall apply to all international orders, unless otherwise stated or waived in writing by KOMEHYO.
12.2.Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions
12.2.1The customer is solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as for compliance with all local laws and import regulations.
12.2.2All international shipments will be declared at their full purchase value and marked as “used” merchandise. KUS will not under any circumstances declare an item as a “gift” or understate the value for customs purposes.
12.2.3It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the ordered items are permitted for import into the destination country. Certain items, including those made with exotic skins or other restricted materials, may be prohibited under local import regulations. KOMEHYO shall not be held liable for any orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

13. Destination Customs in your Country
13.1.You, as the customer, are solely responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country. Compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and import restrictions is your responsibility.
13.2.All international shipments will be declared at their full purchase price and identified as “used” items. Under no circumstances will KOMEHYO mark items as “gifts” or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.
13.3.It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) you are importing comply with local import regulations. Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the importation of products made with exotic skins or other regulated materials. KOMEHYO shall not be held liable for any items denied entry, seized, or delayed by customs authorities.

14. Destination Customs in the United States
14.1.When previously owned (used) luxury items are shipped to KOMEHYO from outside the United States for purposes such as consignment or direct purchase (buyout), those items may be subject to U.S. Customs inspection, duties, and taxes.
14.2.Customers are required to declare such items accurately as used handbags, accessories, or other relevant categories. Please be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection may re-assess the declared value and calculate duties or taxes accordingly, based on their inspection.
14.3.In accordance with KOMEHYO policy, any U.S. Customs duties and taxes assessed upon receipt of such items will be shared equally between KOMEHYO and the customer (50/50 split). Upon receipt of the item, KOMEHYO will provide the customer with a scanned copy of the customs tax receipt. Fifty percent (50%) of the paid tax amount will be deducted from the customer’s final payment for the item.

15. International Currency information
15.1.All prices listed on the KOMEHYO website and all amounts due at checkout are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Listed prices do not include any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
15.2.Returns on international orders are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. All international refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars and in the exact amount originally paid to KOMEHYO at the time of purchase.
15.3.KOMEHYO does not provide currency exchange estimates, and all currency conversion rates are subject to fluctuation. Exchange rates are determined solely by the customer’s payment provider or intermediary financial institution at the time of processing.
15.4.KOMEHYO is not responsible for, and will not make any adjustments related to, changes in currency exchange rates. Refund amounts will not be adjusted to reflect differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of return.
